NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 173rd Mission Support Contracting intends to award a sole source contract for Mobile Runway Lightning Rods for the following: Portable Lightning Protection System Kit, Part # PLP-38PK-MOB. 173 MSC intends to make an award to LBA Technoloyg Inc. (CAGE 0XWP7). A sole source solicitation should be made which will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.
