*** SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 03 NOTICE_Updated Sept 18, 2026 *** This commercial solicitation (FA440727QTW02) is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide comprehensive historical archives digitization, microform conversion, bound book scanning, and legacy media transfer services for the Headquarters Cyberspace Capabilities Center (HQ CCC) at Scott AFB, IL. Due to the rapid and strict timeline required for evaluation and award prior to the close of the fiscal year, offerors must pay close attention to all technical specifications, secure transport protocols, and specific submission instructions detailed in the REVISED Request for Quotation (RFQ) and REVISED Statement of Work (SOW); failure to provide all required elements or meet any stated solicitation deadline will result in the proposal being deemed unacceptable and ineligible for award.
