Scope

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Pentagon Directorate intends to acquire, via small business set aside, a commercial cybersecurity training and certification platform for National Defense University (NDU), College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC). NDU CIC has a requirement to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), web-based cybersecurity training and certification platform to support the educational, cyber workforce development, and operational readiness mission of the National Defense University (NDU), College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC) (NDU-CIC).
