Gardening services for The US embassy in Bogot�, Colombia

Scope

The requirement is for providing Gardening Services for properties owned or managed by the United States Government as official office and operational space for the Mission in Bogot�, Colombia. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive gardening and landscape maintenance services for the U.S. Embassy Bogota compound. These services shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to ensure compliance with the contract, the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) schedules and instructions, and all applicable best practices, laws, and regulations. The Contractor must meet all performance standards specified in the contract. The Contractor shall also perform all related support functions, including but not limited to human resources management, quality control, technical oversight, and phytosanitary supervision.
