This solicitation is being issued by the Missile Defense Agency on behalf of the United States Space Force (USSF) Satellite Communication Augmentation Resource (SCAR) Program Office. PLEASE SEND ALL COMMUNICATIONS IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION TO BOTH OF THE USSF/SCAR POINTS OF CONTACT IDENTIFIED WITH THIS NOTICE. The SCAR Program Management Office (PMO) requires modern Ground Entry Point (GEP) and Network Operations Center (NOC) capabilities to revitalize the United States Space Force's (USSF) Satellite Control system and is responsible for receiving requirements from end users and procuring solutions for fielding modernized antennas to augment the USSF Satellite Control Network (SCN) which comprises the legacy ground antenna architecture.
