Establishing a Roster of Pre-Qualified Research Entities for SMD

Scope

The District of Columbia Courts (�Courts� or �DCC�) on behalf of the Strategic Management Division, Grants Management Program (�SMD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (�RFPQ�) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (�SOQs�) from those entities (�Offerors�) interested in performing grant funded research opportunities as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement). SMD seeks to establish a roster of pre-qualified research entities interested in and available to engage in grant-funded research opportunities. All grant funded research opportunities will be competed and awarded accordingly.
