Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Mobile Cyber Analytic Toolkits

Scope

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, NextCom LLC (dba NextComputing), for the reprocurement of thirty (30) Mobile Cyber Analytic Toolkits and associated embedded software, documentation, training, warranty, and related deliverables. The Government requires delivery of the first three (3) kits within 30 days after award to support testing, validation, and authorization activities prior to fielding the remaining units. In addition to meeting the required delivery schedule, the contractor must provide a conforming solution that satisfies the technical specifications and interfaces with the current Government Big Data Platform.
