Scope

(i) Authority & Statutory Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the attached RFQ package. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal quote is being requested from the intended sole-source contractor and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8523-26-Q-B003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to solicit and award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Keysight Technologies, Inc. (CAGE: 14493), located in Loveland, CO, under the authority of FAR 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901.
