Scope

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Office of Standards, Regulations, and Variances (OSRV) has a need for National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)-compliant digitization services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
