Scope

Volusia County seeks a qualified Operator to assume full operational responsibility for the Robert Strickland Shooting Range. The Operator shall be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, staffing, programming, marketing, maintenance, and customer service. The County will retain ownership of the land and facilities.
