Scope

INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the Management and Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy-owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors capable of providing heavy equipment rental services to support laboratory operations at INL facilities in Idaho Falls and at Site locations west of Idaho Falls. BACKGROUND INL utilizes outside vendors to obtain equipment that is unavailable through the Central Facilities Area (CFA) equipment pool or required for specialized tasks. Timely access to safe, compliant, and well-maintained equipment is essential to maintaining project schedules and mitigating risk. Heavy equipment rentals enable BEA to meet operational needs without long-term capital purchases.
