Scope

The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Dextroamphetamine - Amphetamine ER Capsules. Procurement details follow. Dextroamphetamine - Amphetamine ER: 5 MG, 10 MG, 15 MG, 20 MG, 25 MG and 30 MG capsules in 100 count bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Bureau of Prisons, and Indian Health Service customers through the DLA and VA prime vendor programs.
