Scope

Title: Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program Multi-Mission Dry Dock, Multiple Award Construction Contract Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Location: Primarily at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), located at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bremerton, Washington and other areas under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific. Solicitation Method: NAVFAC intends to issue one (1) solicitation in September 2026 that results in the award of approximately five (5) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) primarily in support of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) Multi-Mission Dry Dock.
