The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Contracting Service Office - Stafford, VA intends to solicit a firm-fixed price contract to provide Design-Build services necessary to provide the design, construction documents, and the construction for pre-placed crypts, columbarium and facility improvements at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, Pennsylvania under Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C78619R0044.
