Scope

DLA Troop Support�s Subsistence Supply Chain supports global dining facilities through the Subsistence Prime Vendor Program and must regularly validate food pricing due to frequent contract price adjustments. To ensure proposed prices are fair and reasonable and to avoid delays that could affect customers, DLA requires continuous access to a reliable pricing database. This database must provide real-time forecasting, pricing, and market trend commentary for key protein items, and all commodity categories including fuel and transportation.
