Scope

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2500 usable square feet of retail space located within a 1-mile radius of Park Place Center, 159 N. Hermitage Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately seven (7) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.
