Should offerors price 15 total units as shown in Section B? The offers should price for 15 units as shown in Section B. 2. Delivery: Amendment 0004 moves the quotation closing date to September 29, 2026, while Section F still requires CLIN 0001 delivery on or before September 30, 2026.
