Sole Source: Specialized Spectrum Analysis for National Weather Service

Scope

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Niyam IT, Inc. under the authority of RFO 19.1306. The contemplated action is for a single, continuous, non-severable 12-month period of performance to conduct specialized spectrum baselining, physical site viability assessments, and line-of-sight radar relocation analyses across a prioritized list of Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) facilities nationwide. Sole Source Justification: The sole-source determination is based on NOAA�s Sole Source Justification. Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized.
