CBP Non-Profit Sole Source for Workforce Wellness

Scope

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a sole source contract action is intended to be awarded to Family Endeavors, Inc. [UEI: PC1AM3TAQXD8] under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), proposes to enter into a twenty-seven month, including the base and all options, sole source contract with Family Endeavors, Inc., located at 6363 DeZevala Road, San Antonio, Texas 78249, for critical workforce wellness and suicide prevention services. The DHS Appropriations Act, 2023, Joint Explanatory Statement, Congressional Record � Senate, Vol. 168, No. 198, Book II, p.
