Dear Industry Partners, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), on behalf of the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer, intends to issue a solicitation to obtain Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity Services (NCCS) 2.0. Attached is a final draft solicitation for the requirement for your review. The resultant contract will be a DHS Department Wide Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
