Scope

The Defense Logistics Agency is planning to issue a solicitation for a national requirements contract for Pantoprazole DR Tablets. Procurement details follow. Pantoprazole DR: 40 MG Tablets in 90 and 1000 Count Bottles and 20 MG Tablets in 90 Count Bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense customers through the DLA prime vendor program.
