Scope

Description: The Department of War (DoW) may use responses to this request for information (RFI) to respond to a Congressional report requirement (CRR) and to possibly inform future solicitation. The purpose of this RFI is to survey the public to include non-profits, K-12 schools, academia, for-profit institutions, and government agencies to gather data, insights, and recommendations to help inform the DoW�s response to a CRR in identifying effective domestic top-tier K-12 science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) talent development. Hence, submitted responses should not be worded as proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
