Scope

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Health Contracting Division � Northeast (HCD-NE) intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price, Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Order, on a sole source basis to UTECH Products Inc. (DBA EndoSoft LLC), 135 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305 utilizing the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 8.4 � Ordering under the Federal Supply Schedule and GSAR 538.7104-3(a) � Exceeding MPT, but not exceeding the SAT. The ordering activity contracting officer must determine in writing that the circumstances of the acquisition deems only one source reasonably capable of providing the products, services, or solutions (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, items particular to one manufacturer).
