NAVSUP Strategic Transformation

Scope

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, intends to negotiate a multiple award, firm fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract under FAR Part 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items� and FAR Part 15 �Contracting by Negotiation�. This requirement is for non-personal services that will enable NAVSUP to obtain strategic contractor services to assist with transformation efforts to address challenges affecting NAVSUP and the Department of the Navy (DON). Major engagement areas include (a) NSS-Supply (cross command supply chain reform), (b) Perform to Plan (P2P) Logistics (Navy initiative for understanding and reducing the logistics response time), (c) Supply Chain and Logistics Technology (enterprise information technology that directly supports the Navy�s supply chain and affects the way NAVSUP and other DON commands fulfill…
