UMSB HEC Asphalt Replacement

Scope

Offers are due Friday, 25 September. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mission Support Battalion (UMSB) has a requirement for concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt pavement reconstruction and paving services at the Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC). PROJECT SIZE: $500K to $1M (per FAR Part 36). This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. There will be one site visit at HEC on Monday, 21 September. The site visit is required. All contractors will need to meet at HEC Building 2591 Bunker parking lot., 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22315 for check-in beginning at 9am EST.
