Scope

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Teleflex Medical Incorporated, located at 3015 Carrington Mill BLVD RD, Morrisville North Carolina 27560. Services will be for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years under NAICS 811210. The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance plan for the ACS Optimus systems used at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
