Scope

Pre-Solicitation Notice Invitation for Bids (IFB) Small Business Set Aside NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The District of Columbia Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for commercial construction service, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform all operations in conjunction with the efforts to repair B3002 for a total of 10,000 gross square feet. Repairs to include but not limited to renovation of restrooms and locker rooms to comply with safety requirements of having separate clean and dirty areas, renovations to administrative spaces, and replacement of current AFFF Fire Suppression system.
