Scope

NASA�s Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) has a requirement for CentralSquare Pro Cloud software and services to support mission?critical Computer?Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) operations for NASA Protective Services. The requirement includes cloud?based CAD dispatch positions, mobile CAD licenses, field operations modules, GIS mapping and AVL playback, GovCloud?hosted CAD and RMS environments, CLQ location services, SMS paging, API connectivity, and CrimeView analytics subscriptions for integrated crime?data analysis. Together, these components provide a unified, secure, AWS?hosted platform that enables real?time dispatching, mobile responder connectivity, NIBRS?compliant reporting, and data?driven situational awareness across all NASA centers.
