This is a combined request for information/sources sought synopsis issued solely by the Architect of the Capitol for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement.The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking market research to identify sources that can meet technical qualifications and associated price proposals for waste, food?waste compost, and green?waste collection, disposal, and composting services.
