Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) Infrastructure

Scope

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK), on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC), is seeking to identify a Construction Contractor to construct the new Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) Infrastructure, Oregon. The Government intends to utilize a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. This approach emphasizes early collaboration with the Government and the Governments AE DOR, qualifications-based selection of the Construction Manager, open-book pricing, and shared risk management between the Government and the Construction Contractor. Access to the restricted CUI attachments must be requested.
