Scope

This requirement is for the repair services of three (3) Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) supporting the Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) utilized on A-10, HC-130J, HH-60G, and HC-130P/N aircraft: LARS R/T (P/N 282650-1, NSN 5820-01-561-9642) [HC-130(H)N and A-10] LARS R/T (P/N 282650-2, NSN 5820-01-662-1038SO) [HH-60G] LARS R/T (P/N 282650-3, NSN 5821-01-661-5866SO) [HC-130J] The LARS R/T is a critical search and rescue component containing a fully synthesized UHF receiver/transmitter that provides voice communication, range, and direction measurements to interrogate survival radios of downed airmen. The period of performance for the contract/order will be one base year with (4) One year ordering periods and extend one year beyond the date of the final order or will end on the last day of the contract.
