NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Alaris Infusion Pump System Maintenance and Support The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to CareFusion Solutions LLC, 3750 Torrey View Ct., San Diego, CA 92130. This action will result in a Base Plus Four (4) Option Year Firm-Fixed Price Contract. CareFusion Solutions LLC will provide service maintenance, repair, and software upgrades to existing Alaris Infusion Pumps System. � The Alaris Pump system is proprietary and can only be serviced by CareFusion Solutions LLC.
