Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Circular FAC 2026-01; Effective 03/13/2026. This acquisition will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334511 and Product or Service Code (PSC) 6650.
