EIA EOP IV Sources Sought Notice - Special Notice

Scope

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has a requirement for support services in seven service areas as follows: (1) Program Management, (2)Survey Operations, (3) Energy Analysis and Modeling, .(4) Data Integration, (5) Information Technology Support, (6) Product/Service Development Production and Marketing, and (7) Organizational Support. As a precursor to the competitive process to acquire these services, EIA is conducting market research to determine the market's capability to satisfy these requirements.
