Scope

This solicitation notice is to comply with the requirements of FAR 5.102(b)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote. Quotes received after 3:00 pm ET, on November 2, 2018 will NOT be considered by the Government. A determination whether to further compete this requirement based upon responses received, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice, if any, must show clear and convincing evidence that additional competition would be advantageous to the Government.
