1.0 DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75N98026Q01226 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Promega assay reagents to support Complement-ARIE mechanistic toxicology research. The Government intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Promega Corporation based on the Government's determination that Promega Corporation is the only source identified as capable of satisfying the Government's requirements. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation that demonstrates their ability to satisfy the complete requirements identified in this RFQ and the attached requirements document.
