Merit Systems Protection Board, Washington DC has a need to refresh the air conditioning in the computer server room, see attached statement of work, past performance questionnaire, and spec sheet for details. Questions are due by noon, 9/9/2026, see the attached Questions with Answers sheet. Responses are due by noon, WEDNESDAY 9/23/2026 - email your response to [email protected]. The attached Cover Letter includes 3 blank CLINS and labor categories merely as examples, it is at the contractor's discretion to offer what is their best value at their most reasonable prices.
