Scope

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Mitsui Seiki (USA) Inc. 563 Commerce St. Franklin Lakes, NJ, 07417. The proposed contract is to procure the following services: To repair a Mitsui Seiki HU63A 5-Axis Horizontal Machine. This notice is in support of the Fleet Readiness Center-Southwest, San Diego, CA The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
