SABER IDIQ Westover Air Reserve Base

Scope

The 439th Contracting Flight at Westover Air Reserve Base (WARB), Chicopee, MA, intends to issue a solicitation in late June for a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance will consist of one base year and four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised. During the contract period, the Base Civil Engineer will identify construction tasks, and the Contracting Officer will negotiate and issue firm-fixed-price task orders. Types of TO projects associated with this Contract will include, but are not limited to, new construction and interior/exterior remodeling/renovation/repairs.
