RFP: Vending Machine Services

Scope

The Town of Mooresville (“Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vending service providers (“Vendor”) to furnish, install, operate, stock, maintain, and service vending machines providing snack and beverage options at multiple Town facilities. The Town currently utilizes a combination of beverage and snack vending machines. Through this RFP, the Town seeks to establish a new vendor partnership that provides dependable, modern, customer-focused vending services. The selected Vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining vending equipment; stocking and replenishing products; processing payments; providing preventative and corrective maintenance; and responding promptly to service requests.
