774 ESS releases this Request for Information (RFI) notice for the upcoming recompete of the DoWIAC Basic Center of Operations (BCO) contract. The BCO contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides centralized Scientific and Technical Information (STI) Core Services encompassing proactive repository curation, data analytics, synthesis, and dissemination in support of DTIC. The scope of the modernized BCO serves as the foundational analytical and technical hub of the DoD Information Analysis Center (IAC) ecosystem. The purpose of this RFI synopsis is to conduct market research to assess industry capabilities, innovative operational constructs, and contract structures to inform the acquisition strategy and refine the PWS for the next-generation BCO contract.
