Scope

Expression of Interest UT-Battelle, LLC (UT-B) is the Managing and Operating Contractor for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to conduct market research in an effort to identify parties with an interest in partnering with UT-B to replace aging facilities and to provide additional space for new and expanding programs in or around the vicinity of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. UT-B may seek to secure space that meets the requirements outlined as follows: Overview: This lease outlines requirements for industrial warehouse space, establishing comprehensive standards for design, construction, accessibility, environmental conditioning, and safety.
