Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127P26QA031 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), for monthly preventative maintenance services, and repairs as necessary, for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems located at eleven (11) facilities at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound, St. Croix, USVI, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
