The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Quotes will be accepted for a five (5) day period commencing with the solicitation issuance date. Interested contractors will be responsible for e-mailing their quote to the Contract Specialist. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the applicable NAICS.
