The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of performing an independent code review and software development pipeline modernization for the ShakeAlert Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) Production System. This Request for Information (RFI) announcement seeks capability statements from interested vendors. b. The Government will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this market survey or the Government�s use of the information.
