FAR 6.302-1 � Only One Responsible Source Solicitation Number 75N98026Q01125 Title Accuva Cellect Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) System Description of Requirement The National Institutes of Health intends to award a contract to Laxco, Inc. on a sole-source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the acquisition of an Accuva Cellect Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) system, including associated software, equipment, installation, training, and support, as applicable. The Accuva Cellect LCM is required to support the Government's established laser capture microdissection research activities.
