Scope

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta, invites your company to submit a competitive sales quotation as attached RFQ. The Provider shall supply the required equipment, along with necessary accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and/or RFQ documents for complete specifications and requirements. Important Terms and Conditions: - Payment Terms: Net 30 days after goods/services are received and proper invoice is submitted. - Competitive Bidding: This RFQ is being competed. Please make your quotation most competitive. - Award Process: We reserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. We plan to issue a Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder. Please see attachment for complete specifications and requirements.
