Scope

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) section 5.201 to notify the public of a proposed contract action. The North American Identification Classification System (NAICS) code is 516110 � Radio Broadcasting Stations. The SBA size standard is $47 million. The proposed contract action is for USAGM Broadcasting Operations and Maintenance in Djibouti. The U.S Agency of Global Media (USAGM) intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Radiodiffusion Television de Djibouti (RTD).
