Scope

This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source contractual action via a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Altorfer Industries Inc. The purpose of this action is to replace the obsolete and malfunctioning parallel switchgear control systems in Building 226. The contractor shall provide all required labor, management, materials, equipment, tools, travel, safety oversight, and incidentals to remove the legacy controls and install fully integrated Schneider Electric Ethernet?based PLC processors operating on Control Expert software, along with all associated communication infrastructure and hardware.
