Sole-Source Justification for My Talking Books (RealSAM) Dialog Licenses

Scope

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the deadline for proposal submission from 5:00pm ET on 09/18/2026 to 5:00pm ET on 09/30/2026. 2. Remove LC52.239-2 SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE. Please see Section H for further details. 3. Update 52.216-18 ORDERING by inserting dates. Please see Section I for further details. Apart from these changes, no other changes are made. ----------------------------------------- This is a solicitation forRealSAM Dialog licenses and services required to operate the system in production for the My Talking Book Smart Speaker project, while meeting all IT information-system security requirements as required by the Library of Congress. This is a sole source. A signed J&A was previously posted for this solicitation and referenced herein. This is not open for competition. All other related and pertinant document are attached herein.
